Discounts

We offer discounts depending on length of stay and when you confirm your reservation.  The longer you stay, the bigger the discount.  Reserve early to secure your spot and get a bonus discount.  Make a last minute reservation and save big (if there are days left).

50% reservation hold is non-refundable thereafter.

Additional rules information

This is our personal condo used by family and friends. It is not a hotel. Most condos are privately owned and may be occupied by full-time residents and families. Drug use and sex tourism are strictly forbidden. Anyone not on the original reservation is considered an unregistered guest. No visitors allowed unless explicitly authorized by the owner.  You should review the House Rules here.
